I do not wish to open an online gaming account, how can I claim my winnings?
There are several ways you can claim your winnings. Your alternatives to claiming online are:
  • Collect in cash at a future game at the stadium where your bet was placed
  • By post - please send your coupon along with a stamped addressed envelope to:

I have registered my winning coupon but my account has not been credited, where are my winnings?
It can take up to 48 hours for your winnings to be credited to your online gaming account and you will receive a confirmation email when your account has been credited. If you have still to receive your winnings afer 48 hours please contact us by clicking here
I won my bet at the stadium but when claiming online I entered the wrong email address/username. I re-entered my details, however the screen now says this coupon has been registered - how will I get my money?

When I enter my coupon number it says it is not recognised?
Please double check all 15 digits are submitted accurately and ensure that you have input letters and numbers correctly. If you are still receiving notification that the coupon number is not recognised, please contact us by clicking here.
I have lost my coupon, what can I do?

I get a message saying "This coupon has already been registered" - what should I do?

I have registered my winning bet , however I am being told my coupon is not a winner this time - what should I do?

I have a winning coupon from a previous season however the brand at the stadium has now changed - how do I claim my winnings?

I asked for my winnings to be paid by BACS transfer but the money has not arrived in my bank account.
BACS transfers can take up to 4 working days. If after 4 working days the money has still not been paid then please contact us here.
